In this interview, Clark Clifford discusses his relationship with Dean Rusk during his tenure as Secretary of Defense during the Johnson administration and as special advisor to President Harry S. Truman. Clifford speaks candidly of his differences with Rusk over U.S. involvement in the Vietnam War.
